Staff friendly. Good d room. Central to everything. An odd time (Coronavirus) so maybe few things little odd. Overall ok. Good view.
Windows. Good blackout curtain but old style metal windows with “secondary” glazing. Was v draughty and kinda noisy (industrial air extraction from building every 20m or so and Piccadilly Gardens “street workers”) which I hadn’t expected at all.

It’s really nice, I feel the rooms look a bit outdated! The breakfast was really nice and the staff are really friendly!
The rooms look abit out dated but everything else is really nice

The location was fabulous, close to Victoria Station and plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. The room was of a good size and standard, with coffee/Tea making facility. Hairdryer, iron/board and a mirror with a table and a socket (seems to be rare that) Breakfast was the normal help yourself with a selection of traditional fry up, cereals and continental fayre. A taxi rank immediately outside the door, plus busses and trams nearby and easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also they were quite happy to look after your bags pre-booking in and after booking out, with no additional charges.
Lifts seemed to take an age to get to you, when called for. But probably the only thing that I can think off.

Great price. Clean & comfortable rooms all with city views. Friendly and approachable staff. Perfect location close to bars and shops.
One of the lifts was out of order and took a bit of time to use them.
