Hotel is full of pretentious rich wannabes that are rude and evil , advertised price was wrong and was charged more at the hotel

Staff are professional and warm.
It is unbelievable that the check-in line at this 5-star hotel is so long with so few check-in counters. It took me about one hour to check in. Standard check-in time is already as late as 3:00 pm. And then it takes about 1 hour to check in?! By the time a customer checks in, it is almost 5:00 pm. And then you would need to check out at 11:00 am the next day. The hotel really “steals” away 6 hours of time out of a 24-hour day from a customer paying for a full-day stay.
