Location is very good. Easily to hang around the historic area. Can take the shuttle bus from 新葡京 to the other side of Macau and habits. Rooms are clean and nice. Staffs are nice, too!

The location is very good. It is near severals shopping malls, restaurants, fast food and the Lisboa Casino. It is easy to get various foods around. There are several bus station nearby. Room and bathroom were big compared to other nearby hotels that I stayed.
Air ventilation was bad because the windows cannot be opened. The bathroom became very humid after showers.

Near cultural area and clean rooms. Some staff were helpful
I called to ask if my auntie can check in early for me and mentioned she doesn't have a card, the person from reservations told me sge could but when she arrived she wasn't allowed.
