It exceeded my expectations, all staff were great performance which the whole department. I recommend this accommodation for guests who will visit Macau. They are enthusiastic, friendly, and useful.

Hotel located in central Macau with easy access to restaurants, casinos and monuments. Provided a free voucher for afternoon tea which was a nice touch.
Hotel is facing normal apartments meaning that you will see others from your window - couch used for 3rd person was a bit short and suited for kids rather than adults.

Staff was excellent, room was very comfortable
All hotel amenities closed at 10pm. Nothing to do around the hotel and everything is closed in the evening. Prostitute tailgated me up the elevator and followed me to my room, constantly asking to get massage even after i said no many times. Kept grabbing my arm too. The hotel is right next to a tall apartment building and you can see everything in their home and they can see you toom. You have to keep blinds closed for privacy.
