Amazing experience from start to finish. We got upgraded to a suite and it was so spacious and beautiful, and the decor is just so grand and fitting for Macau. The staff treat you like royalty and go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. Two lovely gentlemen from the concierge even walked us all the way to the ferry terminal and carried our heavy bags for us and stayed with us until we had tickets. Everything was perfect and we had the full 5* experience! And unlike the popular named hotels in Macau, it’s not crowded and full of tourists.
The only reason I haven’t given it a full 10 is because of the lack of shuttle buses that are on offer, especially considering it’s located a bit out of the centre. So it’s a bit hard to get around!

The hotel is next to the pier which makes it very easy to go (around 5 mins walking distance through the bridge). You got swimming pool and gym, also a casino inside the hotel which you could enjoy without paying extra. The front desk was very nice to upgrade my room since it was nearly my birthday. Room is clean and big, and bright. The hotel is linked to the Fishermen's Wharf, which is a very nice spot to look around and relax. We enjoyed staying very much.
a little bit far away from the city town, you will need to get on a shuttle bus of other hotels' or local bus to get there.
