We loved everything about this place. In particular our greeting and farewell from Adrian. He was wonderful and made us feel very welcome..... the breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve had in all of Asia. The pool area is so amazing and we had the most amazing pina coladas poolside. Loved the grand Hyatt Macau...

Love this hotel, been here for several times. Very relaxing experience, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good, but not much change in the menu in the past few months, for me is quite boring.

Very clean and spacious. The view from the room to the Wynn palace fountain was beautiful. Very nice breakfast with multiple choices of Chinese and western food.

the poor quality of the finishes, dated design, old TV, the mass tourism feel due to the casino environment
