Conrad Macao, Cotai Central

First of all, the check in, we saw check ins at the other mainstream hotels like venetian, the queue for the check in was just ridiculous...but here at conrad, you are attended immediately with very lovely staff! We loved the personal touch here and there within the rooms, such as the bears, ducks, candies, notes, odd little thing to mention too but we esepcially loved the comfy robes!! (Really sad that we didnt have time at the end to buy and take home) Also one mega plus point is that they have their own concierge like device which gives us really helpful tips and most of all, the free wifi access, which you can take out of the hotel and use all over macau! In general we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay for longer or come back again very soon’

The access of the lifts bothered me, as Conrad had a casino below and it is also within the same complex as other hotels as well as a shopping mall.... so we would have expected there to be extra security measures within the lifts, ie hotel room floors should not be accessible unless you scan your room key ( which is common in many hotels across the globe). Theres also no extractor fan within the bathroom (or at least not one that we managed to find), so it gets super steamy after one person has shower/bath. If anything else, just the breakfast place was a tad far away for early mornings:)

Everything was perfect. Location is great if your main purpose of the trip is to relax and hang out in the shopping centers/casinos/hotels, as the hotel is located inside the Cotai Central, which houses three other hotels as well as a good variety of shops and restaurants. It is also connected to the Parisian and the Venetian via skywalk, so you never have to step outside if you want to go check out other shops and food places. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating; they let us check in early, even though it was a few hours prior to the check-in time, and whenever we asked them questions, they tried their best to get us the right answers as soon as possible. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. We would love to return to Conrad Macao for our next visit to Macao.

Nothing really. The hotel lobby was a little hard to find, especially from the other side of the building (East Lobby).
