Excellent service! Especially they care about your baby need (such as bath, sleep). Welcome tea very nice, their breakfast is room service is an excellent idea which can let you enjoy in your room and the best of window view with breakfast! Fantastic!!

Rooms very big like mini suites
That checkout has to be 11am. too early uf your flight is at night. Also no lounge area that you can wait.

Great view to see firework display in Macau
When I check in, the reception tell me that my room cannot see fireworks. I was shocked for the harbourivew room I have booked. Fortunately, the room is very good, and I can see the firework. But the reception staff should know the view of the room well.

They went above and beyond, a and the Michelin star Ying restaurant is amazing its a little further out than most hotels, across the bridge in Taipa, which means it's perfect for peace and quiet but maybe not the best if you're looking for the business near Senado Square.”
