There was only one very small electric heater, that we had to have on all night and it was a bit noisy. We had to turn it off, when we were not there , the room was cold, when we first got there it was a big shock as it’s february and the heating wasn’t on. Radiators that were there were not in use. I was worried the heater would overheat and explode

Really friendly owners, the older gentleman told me that if there's any problems at all or if I need clean towels I can phone down and he'll sort everything out. Always smiling when you walk through the door. The room was spacious and overlooked the garden with the Virgin Mary statue. Easy front door entry with a code if you get back late. Good location, not far from the station and only a 10 minute walk to the Sanctuary. There's a vintage lift to get you up and down but watch out as it is very small. I had a double bed for three nights. Amazing value for money!
The bath was a bit old and worn. The hotel looks a bit old fashioned but that didn't bother me at all.

Location close to sanctuary
Everything is a bit old at the hotel de Nevers but then again, it is not expensive and the location in Lourdes is great: close to the sanctuary and shops and restaurants. Road in front is a bit busy and we did hear the noise in the evening and morning.

Location excellent for visiting all the sights in Lourdes on foot. The lift was the smallest we have ever seen but it was very handy to get our luggage to our room upstairs. Make sure you book a parking space if you arrive by car. It is very convenient but small and could fill up quickly.
