Nice staff. Cheap accommodation. Good location. Easy and free to park.
It was unfortunately filthy. Dubious stains on the carpets, bedding, even down the back of the bathroom door, which made us feel quite uncomfortable and grossed out. Very dated decoration throughout.

Room and breakfast was ok. No service for lunch or dinner. Nothing to eat especially when we checked in the late evening. The nearby restaurants were all closed because it was an off-season
The room was noisy especially during night. Some sound from the adjacent room or from below, not sure about the source. But it was really annoying

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. No restrictions on continental choice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It was ten minutes walk from all town facilities and the Sanctuary I would definitely recommend this place
Only downside was there was no kettle in the room for tea making. ( Took our own) Not really a problem but at peak times coach parties arriving/ departing made the ground floor busy

Beds were old and blankets were threadbare. Floor had lots of stains and not really clean. Photos are VERY flattering of the rooms
