Spacious rooms, great location, very comfortable.
Expensive rooms and parking as are most in this area.

Convenient location in DTLA.
The receptionist named Maria was really rude and unhelpful when we were asking for an explanation of our charges. In the UK and Europe our systems are different and we didn't understand the breakdown. She was very condescending and dismissive and this really dampened our impression. Secondly, a drunk person was trying to get into our room around 2.30am in the night and as two girls, this was very scary. I know it's not the hotel's fault but maybe they could escort such guests to their room in the future to avoid disturbing/scaring other guests? The rooms are also outdated.

I love that when I come back into the room, the room smell so lovely. The staff are also great. Especially on the last day of my check out the front desk was really helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The lift was taking a while to run up and down the building especially in the morning when I needed to go out to the conference.

- Some of the staff was super friendly and helpful - If you want to stay in downtown LA (which I do not recommend if you are on holiday) go for it, otherwise, no
- When we checked in, the lady at the reception just took my credit card and gave me the room key without any explanations about the hotel. I had to ask for every single info I needed. - Internet/Wifi was super slow or just not working. - Breakfast not included and we needed to pay an extra 20 or 25 dollars. - The queen size bed were super small in the original room we were. - The shower broke so we had to change the room / Thx god the security man was super helpful instead of the lady at the reception. - The parking fees are very high, 50 dollars per night. I think they should do a better rate for hotel guests. - Nothing around the hotel. Barely some restaurants and shops. - No pool - The hotel looks very old and the room feel like you are in the 90's. Not very modern.
