Room was clean and comfortable.
We got back from our concert and the place was completely locked up and we had to climb over the wall to get back in. We tried calling the manager but he didn't answer although eventually text a code to get in the gate. Had a triple room but only 2 sets of cups.

Food was fantastic, staff very helpful.
As extractor fan for the kitchen was below the window, a lot of noise from it untill midnight. Could do with more milk in room only 2 cartons, with 2 tea bags and 2 coffee bags

Location, walking distance to Wembley Stadium, got our room ready on arrival even thought we was early, and exceptionally clean and new facilities
Only fault is there was not enough condiments in room, but I cud have asked for more

It was quite and WiFi works
The room was freezing. The radiator is set on timer or thermostat to another part of the hotel. It was to cold to have a shower and I woke up in the early hours shivering. I did call down to the pub / Indian below the rooms but nothing was done. Did email the hosts but not reply. Room wasn’t actually that clean. The radiator was dirty with bits of rubbish down the back of it and bathroom was grubby

Food is out of this world good! Very clean place. Great helpful staff and a nice bar/eating area.
Was in room 5 - shower wasn't hot enough - only downside to the stay. I'd give a 10 if it wasn't for that
