The location in Canary Wharf is lovely, the service is excellent and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable as well, views are breathtaking and breakfast was delicious.

The view from the room is incredible and the room itself is spacious. They have good standard of breakfast too.
There was a boiler issue which meant there was no hot water one morning which wasnt great. The bathroom door was quite hard to open too.
