as mentioned above, the staff was excellent. especially the bartender/waiter in the restaurant was outstanding

very clean as it seems to be refurbished recently. the staffs were also very friendly and always smiling.

probably the indoor swimming pool is too small and difficulty to say a swimming pool.

Very comfortable rooms, good location. At 99 eur per night, it was a value... with some caveats (below).

When I arrived at 7pm and asked for an iron, I was told that they don't have any irons and the laundry was closed. I had a 9am meeting, and the laundry didn't open till 9am, so I wore a severely wrinkled shirt for the whole day. When I left two other shirts for the laundry in the morning, and asked to have them that night (because again, I had a meeting before the laundry opened) I was charged the express fee - and they ironing job was poor. I hate to complain about such a thing, but I was baffled that a "five star" hotel didn't have such amenities. I was equally disappointed by their fitness room, and the slow internet. As it stands, this is not a great hotel for business travel.
