Only the location of the property and staff were good
The hotel room was disgusting. It has moles on the walls and the bedsheets were with blood marks. The towels were not fully clean. There was no room service. There was no restaurant. Breakfast choice was limited. The balcony was filled with water and leaves. No privacy in the bathroom. The exhaust was broken. The jet wash was not working.

I prefer perfumeless sheets. The towels were changed every day. For me personally this might be every second day.
