Location was good, on the edge of the business centre. Very little traffic outside
Check-in was a little strange, as there didn't seem to be a reception area. We walked straight into the cafe, then were met by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who checked us in on her phone

I believe that the chain hotel should have sockets for European plugs in every room since most of the guests are from EU. They don't. Had to charge my laptop downstairs

Business like hotel with comfortable bed and decent shower. Reception and bar area was lively and welcoming. Prices are reasonable for Switzerland.
Could not open a window in the room for fresh air. Uphill if you are walking from the main railway station.
