Very nice staff, good restaurant and a nice old style that fits well in the area. It's a place we always wanted to stay in sometime so we were glad to get a chance finally. . The lakeside area of Lausanne - Ouchy where the hotel is located is quite lively. However our room was quite quiet even facing the street. A pass for the public transportation was even included in the price

TV was so old. Tiny tiny screen Couldn't hear unless riight next to it. Wouldn't let you turn up the sound. No English channel No fridge which we thought it had No mucrowave
