Decor, cleanliness and quality of room. Stunning views of the lake with outside balcony.
The older female receptionist was dismissive and rude at check out. Didn’t ask if we had a nice stay and was grumpy when we asked to change payment method. However all the other staff were more than helpful and pleasant.

Location is amazing in the center next to bus metro , restaurants , bars and clubs
They only offer a free bottle of water the first night , if you wish to use the minibar it is more than 6 francs for a bottle

Service in restaurant excellent. Superb views from our balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.
Atmosphere more corporate than when we last stayed.Pillows were very soft.

Yes, very clean, just Lausanne is with lots slopes city so even it is not far from train station, still hard to walk to hotel with Luggage
Just the climbing ups to hotel with luggage is kind of stuff, all in all is fine
