Really enjoyed my stay, bed was really comfortable and staff were very helpful - particularly the young guy at check in.

check ind procedure was very long and complicated. The girl was running back and forth to copy the passport. We were 6 pers. waiting..I suggest that the passport are collected at arrival and the staff copy the informations and type them in the computer while the guest relax in their beautiful rooms. We waited, tired and thirsty in the lobby. The check out procedure was very long too. I paid for 3 rooms, and that was a problem! 2 bills had to be moved on the 3rd. bill!! It took time. Unnecessary !

That the Hotel gave me the room size I booked. I paid $300 for 23m room and the room given to me was much smaller. then the hotel lied they were full. I was really looking forward to staying for a couple of days, But they ruined my stay even for one day.
