The Reception will provide complimentary passes for the Metro & buses. We took the Metro up 7 stops to the Old Town of a look-about and walked back down. Not for the faint-of-wallet so enjoy your stay, you deserve it.
To find fault is very difficult...but I managed...the mirror steams up in the bath room if you run your Jacuzzi tub too long! The solution would be heating a small segment of the mirror to keep it clear.

General set up and location, John from room service, Asian origin waitres in Miako restaurant was very helpfull as it should be
The common problem in the hotel is arogance expecially in the "fine" dining restaurant and also in the spa reception. They probably think the clients are there for them not them for the clients. Unfortunately this is very often general attitude in this country. So if you do not need to go there rather choose some other place or country :-) and you will get much more nice and positive people and places. On the top of this dirty terrase and slow and unhelpful service, incompetent receptionists, poor cleaning…I could continue….
