Location is a bit far

The location is far from the centre and even if the view with the pool is amazing, the music is just too loud..

Most rude staff I’ve ever encountered. Luggage guy called another client “motherf***er” in front of us. Reception staff very rude, as if they don’t want you there. “You have fan room. For A/C, you pay extra 161 baht. You choose, NOW”. No proper curtains, so be prepared to wake up early with the sun. Also means no privacy, specially with two cameras pointed at our window. Pool so dirty we didn’t swim in it, even though it was one of the main features why we booked that hotel. Located on the hill so very exhausting getting to the hotel day in day out, and leaving it. No choice of breakfast. Scrambled eggs with toasts, plus some fruits. Reception closes at 7.00 pm, so do the bar and restaurant, which is laughable. Yet they charge you a high price for rooms. Food is expensive as well. Rooms are decorated with signs reminding you of different fines for different infractions (lost key, late checkout, bringing own food in restaurant etc). Lovely. Every tuesday, thursday and sunday night you won’t sleep because of the ibiza pool party which is very loud. We wish we had been notified beforehand.

free breakfast, but it is not muslim friendly . After checkout, they didnt help us at all to bring the bag.. while the pier and the resort is very far away. The staff is rude and not helping at all.
