Good hotel with reasonably sized rooms and an excellent breakfast. Price as good for quality and location of rooms.
The only issue I had was the check-in process. I checked in with a large group (20 people) and as I always do before any trip to make the process easier, I sent copies of traveler passports as well as the rooming list well beforehand. Despite confirming that all was okay, when we got to the Check-In desk the woman who attended us (María) was a bit rude. She had a customer before us who was agitated, and it seemed as if she took that out on us. Also it was slightly annoying that she said that she hadn't received 3 of the passport copies (impossible - I sent a .zip file AND someone confirmed that everything was okay). This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel with the group and the 1st time treated this way.

Breakfast was good with a varied selection available. A tea pot or something to make tea other than directly from urn to cup would have been appreciated.
Our ''superior room was on the fifth floor, 502, plastic floor limited windows, tired appearance. Shower over bath. Was this really a superior room?
