Very accommodating staff that takes service seriously: We've had an issue with the shower drain and once registered it was fixed in a couple of hours. Also the flexibility of our room cleaner was greatly appreciated. The domain is huge and well maintained; the restaurants offer a very good choice of food (we particularly liked the Mediterranean and Bedouin restaurants) and there's plenty of activities to do nearby (Diving, Quad Racing, Kite surfing, etc) or on the premises (tennis, fitness, … ) Towels are easily acquired and replaced with the card system in use. There's plenty of space to relax at the beach. Hotel is also kid-friendly. Recommended!
Upon checkout there was a mistake made by reception in number of towel cards to hand back; as one room was occupied by one person less... This took a while to sort out and wasn't handled professionally.

The resort was all around fantastic. Comfortable accommodation, a wide selection of activities to suit any lifestyle, tasty food in a variety of restaurants, a lovely beach and wonderful staff. We were made to feel very welcome from the get go. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and even before we left she was asking when we could go again. I definitely am up for a return visit.

The "à la carte" restaurants were good. The territory was tidy and green. The animation was interesting and entertaining. There was a coral reef at the beach. Not a bad place for snorkeling. The hotel is more or less hidden from the wind. So it can be considered for comfortable winter vacation.
The public toilets on the hotel territory were not always clean. The fruit selection in the main restaurant was poor.
