From the moment we checked in, all through our stay, until we check out we were completely embraced by friendlyness & absolute comfort .It is as if you are invited into a place that breeds Courtesy & Hospitality. It is this warm welcome, hospitality & comfort that very much made us feel at home during the entire stay & It has been one our best unforgettable vacation. I cannot thank enough the manager Hassan Bastawy & Svetlana who went out of the way to arrange a return flight for us when becaues of Coronavirus our flight operator TUI had turned their back on us & had left us stranded. Such a hospitality is a Brand in itself. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices to suit everyone's taste and despite the fact that at times it was quite busy, the staff made sure that there was never a shortage of the services offered in the buffet. The dinner buffet was an absolute gastronomical delight & the one of the best we had. Our thanks in the buffet goes to Ali & his brother for taking care of us each day & also to Lotfi at the reception for responding to our queries promptly. I highly recommend this resort just be there you would't be disappointed, one thing is sure I will be back again.

From the moment you walk in the welcome is unreal, the guys working there are so friendly and helpfull. The hotel itself is amazing so modern and spotless, pure luxory!! I will defo be back next year.

Good food, clean rooms and hotel, low key entertainment which is what we wanted. Great beach at hotel . Friendly staff particularly beach waiter (Amr) was fantastic very attentive to guests needs, and also Mohammed and Ali (Beach life guards)
Romance bar in older part of hotel - there was a smell of diesel which we mentioned caused by outside tanks being too near to the air conditioner unit

All rooms have en suite bathrooms that include a full sized tub so you can get in there and get a good soak after a day’s worth of activities.
