We were travelling around Egypt for a few days and ended our trip with a few days in the Sunrise resort. Haven't had any bad experience before arriving, but this was on a completely different level. All starts with a warm welcome, easy check-in, exceptional personnel and well-managed property. There wasn't anything we would be missing, the quality actually exceeded our expectations. As we are a family of 5 and no appropriate rooms were available, they gave us connected rooms - which basically meant we are in the "same room". Unfortunately, we needed medical assistance due to illness. The doctor provided us with helpful medicine and advice, as well as with all the needed documentation to claim money back from the insurance. Which, btw, went through smoothly. Any request we had, was solved without any hesitance. Preparing lunch boxes, advising on timings, even extending our stay for a few more hours with everything included without extra pay. Food in the main restaurant was good and varied enough for the four days we stayed there. Additionally, you have two or three more restaurants within the resort you can book for free (with the AI package we had) if you want to experience other cuisines. The only sad part was a bit colder weather (~21) and windy beach - not something they can influence. But with the offerings and help around pools, this can easily be forgotten. We had lots of fun on pools and slides. Travelling anywhere near next time, we are definitely visiting again.

The resort is stunning. Beautiful pools and a gorgeous beach. The food was really nice and had a wide selection of A La Cartes so plenty of choice! The staff work so hard and were really friendly. It was a wonderful holiday and I can’t wait to return again.
