We only booked for one night but turned up a day early. The staff were friendly and very understanding. We were sorted quickly and even had our bags taking to the room around the park. The facilities and park were spotless and the staff were excellent, the food was really good for all inclusive. We were sad to go but I will return with The kids for longer I think. As long as I get the same room lol There is also a lot of security around the hotel and on the extensive grounds.
I seriously don’t think anything could of been better. Keep everything as it is. The alcohol could of been better quality even if it meant paying a little bit more for it. That is really me being very very picky
