The food was great and the resaurant workers are very active and cooperative. The reservations team were amazing once they heard about our issue with the aqua team.
Half of the aquapark was broken for full two days. The aquapark workers were annoying and they refused to let my son slide although his hight was satisfying for the aqua rules. When i talked to the aqua manager about this , he was aggressive and not elligable at all to communicate with guests. The animation team don't exert any effort, as if they are a group of friends in a trip together.

The reception was very cooperative I stayed with my family in 4 rooms Mostafa from reception upgraded them and made sure that we were comfortable the animation was wonderful the food variety was lovely the themed dinners were perfect all the staff were very friendly they even made us late check out Mohamed thanks to jazz for this wonderful holiday
