Excellent customer service good tasty foods staff were amazingly nice and helpful the resort has everything you need you don't have to go outside.

WiFi is very poor. Does not work in the rooms whatsoever. Works in public areas but still very slow.
At all the hotel is very good, and staff was friendly and the food was delicious, vip service was great idea,and program was very interesting.
This is the second visit in less tjan one month... I love this place and everything about it, it feels like home... the staff are friendly and smiling all the time.. food was nice, animation team work so hard to please everyone..
