good pools, breakfast fine and dinner selection good
I booked on place and price. However when we got there I was told that i made a booking as an Egyptian national which was not applicable to me and so that I had to cancel this and re book at a higher rate. I WAS NOT given another option for booking at the time and I feel that I was duped in going there by price. When i mentioned this they said that they had other people saying the same thing and yet they have not changed it and people on arrival have to pay more! What a CON Also the hotel obviously does a lot of package tours and the level of the guests are not the same as the private people who pay a lot of money to be treated the same!

every thing stuff were very welcoming , food was amazing , kids club is super, animation team are the best , we really did enjoy our stay and BIG THANK YOU to every body who made our stay fabulous , MR. Reda from F&B was very friendly and welcoming, all reception/house keeping / F&B and all stuff.

- Reception employees are professional, friendly and helpful. - They care about every single small detail to make this place clean and cozy. - Food is great but no diversity. - Room was perfect. -Atmosphere makes you feel relaxed once you step inside the hotel. -Clean beach and clean pools. - Housekeeping employees were quite and friendly. - Beautiful landscape. -The place is huge needs more than 6 days to cover all the fun. - Great for family because of the kids club and kids pool and the free babysitting services. - Also separating adults who don’t have kids - Also separation between adults who don’t have kids away from families who have kids in swimming pools and buildings makes everybody comfortable and happy. - actually for the very first time -during my many trips to many places - I found a place makes me feel satisfied. - special thanks for the management team you are doing a great job keep it up
