More than comfortable. Excellent service. The reception area is on 62/F, so spacious and the ambience is so relaxing. The rooms are above this floor with the view of Hanoi city landscape. The gym and swimming pool are nice as well. Highly recommended. Safety around the hotel building is good. The area is full of Korean and so you will find a Korea supermarket and chain coffee chops nearby. Really similar to staying in Seoul.
The location is a bit far from Old Quarter which is the major tourist area. (We go there almost everyday). But it’s okay as we can take a 30 mins ride of Grab. Still convenient.

Instead of using plastic water bottles, they can consider more eco friendly way of providing water like in glass bottles etc

As I am staying at intercon landmark often for business trip and will be good that intercontinental landmark 72 offer me a fix rate. At corporate price Else will some time need to stay at novotel.
