Hanoi La Siesta Hotel Trendy

Location perfect and safe. A few steps to train street and old quarter. Staff friendly and helpful with everything we need and ask for. Good breakfast. Room upgrade.

The location was really good if you want to be in the old quarter not far from many traditional shopping streets and street food The service in the hotel was a 5 star one specially at the breakfast buffet the manager was amazing and the staff were super quick and helpful The room is def good value not to mention again the refund and the gratuities we got :)

The only thing that was not working fine was the water pressure in the shower. It was a bit low maybe because we were on the top floor. However the hotel made such a huge gesture that they completely made it us for us, they actually paid for our ride to the airport, didn't charge us for the mini bar consumption and wait for it : they gave us back 60 us$ for the inconvenience ... we left the hotel with a huge smile on our faces

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at the La Siesta Hotel Trendy! It was right in the heart of the old town so we could walk everywhere easily but set back on a quieter road for a more peaceful nights sleep! We were so happy with the help that Mr Trung gave us in organising a last minute boat trip to Halong bay and tickets to the Water Puppet show. He really went above and beyond for our family! We also loved the Red Bean restaurant in this hotel and the kids loved it so much we ate in the Red Bean restaurant in the sister hotel the following night! If we come to Hanoi again, we will be staying here!

Nice genuine staff!! No hassle. Very accommodating !

Communal areas. Would be nice to interact with other guests.

The staff were very welcoming and super efficient . Lovely boutique property . Comfortable beds ,clean and great value for money .
