The friendliness of the catering staff members. The hotel architecture. The security team at the gates. Easy access to the beach.

- Poor cleanliness standards in the common areas (lobby, restaurant, pool terrace, elevators, hallway carpets). - Cleanliness is dismal in the restaurant area. - Disgusting beach area, full of plastic trash, cigarette butts and unattended trash bins (in the shape of clay jars). The area is dead and unlit in the evening (sunbeds piled up, beach bar closed) and unattended by personnel. - Poor housecleaning services, terrible bed and bed linen quality. - Poor maintenance, visible in the A/C situation, water leakages, sluggish sink and bath tub caulking, drooping curtains, etc. - Serious A/C issues all over. The latest incident was the advertising panel inside the lift that fell off one of the lift walls, with its glass part and sharp edges on the ground. We reported it to one of the maintenance staff members who was thankful to be notified. - Poor food quality and variety, vegetables were often undercooked in water. - Guest behavior was absolutely shocking. - Patchy internet connection in rooms. We reported the problem several times but no solution was offered. - Lifeguards, particularly in the quieter smaller pool, are practically useless. They are mostly absorbed by their phones or their friends. They selectively scream at some teenagers and kids of Arab origin, but discard misbehavior of Western/Russian pool users. - No amenities inside the room such as complimentary coffee and tea supplies as is standard worldwide, even in budget hotels. The all-inclusive formula is no excuse for the absence of such amenities. - Poor quality shower and shampoo supplies, bring your own. - Insect-ridden place with black crickets, bees, wasps, flies and mosquitoes. - Mini-kids' club mostly empty, and the attached bathrooms (W/C) were mostly occupied by adult hotel guests, resulting in stench. - Night animation was repetitive and boring. - Some rude reception staff members.

The dinner was good.

The breakfast wasn’t up to my expectations. Pb with the air conditioner. The time for the pool( just from 12 to 15) which is not enough.
