Location not easy to reach with the car, no parking available near by.

The suites were very nice and comfortable. As a tourist new to Geneva, location was perfect.
The service extras are very nice: A selection of chocolates, Nespresso coffees, and a bottle of water. However, those are welcoming extras, and are not replaced during additional nights of your stay. So when I wanted a bottle of water, I was told to use the vending machine which required Swiss francs.At least provide your guests a fresh bottle of water each night of their stay

Helpful staff specially Madam Malika, great location and great value for money.
Smell of cooking and food all day long. Didn’t like the idea to add 80 CHF for extra bed whereas my son sleep in my bed.
