Firstly as most Riads in the area, this one was stunning. It was more upscale than others. The air conditioning worked excellent. The property itself is completely clean and tidy. They have multiple room types, depending on what you are looking for. The staff, incredibly considerate and thoughtful. We particularly had most of our interactions with Zakaria who greeted us at check in, was the waiter for all our meals, and just had such a hospitable approach to our stay. We had a phenomenal time. The location was great. Easy, clean and SAFE parking. It in a great location for access to the busy medina. It is very easy to find, not a big trek from parking to the medina itself. Perhaps a 3 minute walk if you're able to get to the right parking. Staff speaks English wonderfully so it's very easy to communicate with them. We will definitely be visiting them again.
We had a stunning and one of the most prestigious rooms in the Riad. The AC worked excellent, however it sounded like a legit windstorm going on in the room. We were able to sleep through it, but if there was any single thing I would pin point that could have been 'fixed' about our stay, it would be the electrical/engineering of that unit.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. It was even better than the photos. I had some of the best food here for my entire time spent in morocco. The hotel staff were so attentive and so friendly, I absolutely love this place and would recommend anyone visiting Fez to stay here. one of the two nights spent here was very entertaining. Whilst my friend and I were enjoying dinner near the pool, people were playing traditional music, doing henna, and a tour group were also enjoying a cooking class run by the hotel. very happy with the experience

The roof terrace was being refurbished while we were there so were unable to use it.

Traditional design at its best, an amazing hideaway just meters from the center of Fes. Exceptionally hospitality from all staff. Really nice breakfast and dinner in the restaurant next to the pool. I wish I had more days!!!
