Pros:There was nothing to like about this hotel.
Cons:When I arrived at the office for check-in, the dog in the office started barking. I had to listen to the clerk behind the counter yell at the dog to stop barking before continuing. The room smelled bad, and I mean gagging bad. There were no shower towels but I carry my own towel anyway. I ran out of hot water after 5 minutes. The small towels had brown stains on them. I could go on and on but the worst thing was the phone call I got from the hotel after I left accusing me of stealing towels and threating to call the police.

Pros:Clean room and friendly front desk attendant.
Cons:Outside access door was difficult to lock and unlock. Bathroom door hinge was slightly broken so that I had to lift up on the door to get it closed. Shower pressure was low. Non smoking room smelled badly of smoke, so was moved to another room. Second room did not smell of smoke, but did have an unpleasant odor. Luckily, I had air freshener with me.

Pros:The location is convenient enough, just off I-10 and Hwy 85.
Cons:I stayed in two rooms over 3 nights and they both smelled of cigarettes. I am not a sensitive nose. These rooms reached. First rooms twin bed felt like I was going to fall out at any moment due to weird tilt. Second rooms shower ranged from hypothermia arctic blast to lava scalding hot. Go across the street to Baymont Inn and Suites. From now on I will take all of my business there.

Pros:Rooms are modern and clean! Beds are comfortable and we like the feel of the room decor.
Cons:Wanted a hot shower and all I could get was a comfortable warm shower. Never asked about the issue as I was beat from the days events.

Pros:Room was clean and actually looked new. Beds were good. Flatscreen with built in DVD player was great. Thought it was a good room for the cost.
