We did not stay after paying $700.00 Dirty. Toilet didn't flush. Door keys not working. Tried 3 rooms. Air conditioner broken. Couldn't lock from inside. No one at desk. Staff were clueless. Lobby chairs had most of faux leather peeled off. Rust all over. A week before I saw reviews amid many mentioned roaches . At that point I called to cancel but referred to Traveleuro who refused. One way or another I will get a refund. The TV consumer advocates will have a field day with this one. Had to spend another $550. Board of health needs to be called. Deplorable! Will never use Traveleuro again!
Got electrocuted. Fridge wasn't working. Shower was cold.

Cons:I cannot say enough bad things about this Days Inn. A bulldozer and some dynamite would be a compliment. Broken windows throughout the facility. The handicap spaces are on a slope and are not handicap friendly. The handicap electric front doors of the lobby do not work. The HVAC in the front lobby does not work. The front lobby used to have a meeting room, it is now a storage room for the hotel. No handicap ramp for the front lobby, You have to go around the building to the back corners to find a spot for a wheelchair to get onto the front lobby sidewalk. Our 1st room had a leak under the sink onto the carpet. Our bed looked like it had been slept in. One of the hand towels at the sink had blood on it. When our daughters woke the next morning a large bloody gauze pad with tape was stuck to one of their legs. Everything electrical was unplugged in the room and we had to plug everything in to use it. This was room 113. We moved to a new room for the second night, room 131. The upstairs walkway all along that side of the hotel had peeling paint on the underside. 131 had cobwebs everywhere with live spiders. The cobwebs had been there so long they had dust on them. The wall paper boarder around the top of the room was applied with very runny glue and the entire room had glue streaks down every wall. There was black mold in the bath tub. The refrigerator barely worked. It was a no smoking room, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool was horrible looking. The handicap lift chair for the pool was electric, but had no power running to it. All of the pool furniture was dirty and moldy looking. The laundry room had a large trash can that had not been emptied and was overflowing. The only ice machine is at the front lobby, but it is hidden in the storage room. The maintenance man and at least one housekeeper smoked and worked in the rooms smoking. There is construction equipment, a storage container and junk all around the motel. There is a fresh active leak in the ceiling above the waffle machine in the lobby. The women's restroom in the lobby was filthy and two of the three toilets were clogged. There were no seat covers and other bathroom supplies in the ladies restroom. The guest computer in the front lobby did not appear to work and was not on. The lobby staff did not seem to care about all of the complaints from almost all of the people that were checking out the two days we stayed here.
