Pros: The low price if I could have used the car for the entire time without it having to be brought back.
Cons: The difficulty of using a different credit card and being faced with having to find a ride to go pick up my credit card from home.
The car had a problem and no one even suggested fixing it.
I returned the car due to the problems early. Good thing I found another car.

Pros: Car was good to drive but was not that clean.
Cons: Had to wait for 45 minutes to rent the car though the booking was done online. And they took 15 mins to process my request and give me the car. The other Hertz rental locations are pretty fast

Pros: people car
Cons: i had ti turn car in early was told the pre pay would be put back on car called after a week to ask why the charge was still on it was told i would be called back about it soon been 24 hours no call...i will dispute charge if i dont hear back today

Renting a car
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: Car had mechanical problem. Also a reservation that was suppose to be cancelled and credited was not credited and stayed as pending charge. Customer service when I called to inquire about charges was very rude and didn't want to listen to me and said " I explained everything and there is nothing more to explain" after I stated there was a charge that was suppose to be credited.

Pros: They did not have the compact car that I reserved so they upgraded me.
Cons: Was told the wrong Hertz address for the drop off and spent time driving in circles looking for it.

Did not get the rental from hertz
Cons: I pre-booked the car 2 weeks before by paying them. I went on schedule for pickup, they mentioned they don't have cars, will take couple of hours asked to come back. I requested for pick up for the delay, they denied it. I called after couple of hours to pickup car and they mentioned, they don't have cars available and can't guarantee even on next day. My entire holiday plan got disturbed and I need to cancel couple of reservations. It's very bad customer experience I have and my 10 day plan got completely disturbed. I gave the feedback to hertz online and I didn't see even any response.

Cons: They couldn't change the insurance coverage without cancelling my entire booking and redoing it

Pros: I thought it was great financially. We had a great car, it only had 7K miles on it when we got it. The only thing that was a little difficult was the drop-off. We knew we were going after hours to drop off the car but we weren't sure of a few things like what parking spot to put it in, if we needed to take it through a car wash before returning it, if we needed a specific envelope for returning the key... We were just not clear. Otherwise, everything was really great.

I kept getting calls from Hertz they had no cars .they will get a car
Pros: I didn't like anything about the service they never came through with the car.
Cons: My reservation was for 9 AM. At 1 o'clock I still didn't have a car . They never called me back to let me know when I would have a car. I asked to speak to the manager they said they would take my number and have him call me back never got a callback from him
