Pros: The pickup location called me ahead of time to remind me of holiday hours so that I didn't miss my reservation. The rental clerk was prepared for my arrival. She successfully corrected an error on my bill and was friendly and professional. The drop off location at the airport was quick and the employee was able to help me with directions to my gate.
Cons: They were unable to accommodate a drop off on a holiday, so I had to return the car earlier than I would have liked in order to avoid being billed for two extra days. Rental locations need a procedure for accepting turn-ins outside of normal business hours

Rental office ran out of cars, sent me to a airpor
Cons: Hertz called me the day of the rental and told me they didn't have any cars at their office. Directed me to their airport location. I was assured by the office that the reservation would transfer over. I called the hotline to confirm. Lady said it was now $180 instead of $120. Then she told me she would fix it. Got to the airport and it was $180. They refused to change it. Terrible service.
