I was stranded without a car and was never notifie
Cons: I reserved a car well in advance. However, when I arrived to the airport, the shuttle did not pick us up and the customer service agent did not answer the phone. When we finally found our own transportation to the rental agency, the customer service agent said they were out of cars DESPITE HAVING A RESERVATION FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. We ended up waiting in the airport for 3 hours in the middle of the night until we finally found a car with another company for double the price we were guaranteed. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

I will never rent from EZ again
Cons: I had a reservation set and confirmed, when i arrived to my destination, (at 4:00am) the shuttle was not there. I tried contacting EZ to find out the shuttle location, and i was told that no shuttle will be out to pick us because they do not have a car. I explained I had a reservation, and i was told, "yes ma'am we have your reservation, we do not have a car for you." They hung up, and nothing else was done to try to help or fix the situation! And with that alone, I have added EZ Rental Car to my banned list and I will never use them again. I'll also make sure to pass this word along to everyone i know so that's is clearly understood if my disappointment with them.
Pros: Joel, the Manager is a great person. The selected vehicle was not ready for some reason, so I received a free upgrade to a more comfortable vehicle! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the offer, which I was. No hidden charges whatsoever and never a hard upsell for insurance or anything.
Whenever the need arises, I will be back at Enterprise Mayaguez! Thank you Joel !!!
