Pros: Almost nothing. The Sirius XM radio possibly all that was really good about this experience.
Cons: I wasn't told I needed a credit card to rent the SUV (Toyota Rav 4) that I had reserved more than 2 weeks prior. It's terribly upsetting to have this thrown at you the day you come in to pick up your car. Really poor communication and a condescending rental agent who asked for my supervisor's number as a contact. I'm a home owner of 16 years, I have had the same car insurance since 1991 with USAA, I am employed by one of the largest technology companies in the world for nearly 4 years and still I am not allowed a small SUV!?. What is the justification for the punishment? Why are SUV's held back from women with debit cards??? I called my boyfriend who had done exactly what I had tried to do, rent an SUV with a debit card and was not only given the SUV, was told he could go pick out the car he wanted off the lot. This is sexist and discriminatory. I'll never be back and I will tell this story far and wide. Bye Enterprise!

Nice vehicle, questionable service
Cons: The woman at the counter claimed she called our home prior to the reservation time to let us know they did not have the vehicle we reserved. When we returned home, we saw the message was left after our reservation time. We did settle on a smaller vehicle. Thankfully it did suit our needs well. We had to ask them to adjust the price. It was not offered, which seems wrong. When a reservation is made, it only seems reasonable that the customer receive what they requested or that a price adjustment be offered.

Service fine, bad alignment.
Pros: I had some concerns about my rental van, including a tolerable but definitely present stain on the ceiling and a shimmy that became obvious at speeds above 60mph, neither of which I was aware of until I had started a one-way, multi-state drive. The clerk at the Kirkland office was completely agreeable and made a note of both on my account.
Cons: While I'm sure it is difficult to diagnose all maintenance issues on all vehicles in the fleet, I was disappointed that I was given a van with a pretty obvious alignment problem to drive across 2/3 of the country. I also noticed the front tires were pretty worn, indicating an alignment issue that should have been caught prior to sending it out again. I also would have stopped in at a Hertz along the way, but many reviewers warned against getting charged for damages they weren't responsible for, so I just dealt with it.
