A gem in the heart of Budapest. Beautiful property and great staff. I will stay there again and recommend it.

Excellent, efficient and friendly staff. The restaurant is fantastic and the hotel extremely well kept and maintained. It is well placed and convenient for exploring lovely Budapest. Breakfast is good with great variety and it's not often you get Michelin Star quality omelettes and eggs for breakfast!!

Maybe somewhere to put your used soap on in the bathroom? The Bar area in the evening could be slightly more convivial rather than three bar stools and drinking in the reception area? It may be an idea to see if it is possible to have night lights in the bathrooms, rather than needing to put on the bright lights when using the bathroom at night? These are extremely minor issues and should not be considered as complaints!!

Incredible service. The facilities were immaculate. The staff were very accommodating, and our departure very early in the morning was organized and executed flawlessly. This is the place to book if you want to have the 'luxury' experience but at a fun location.

Beautiful hotel, staff were helpful and very pleasant, rooms were lovely. Location was central and perfect for walking to many local attractions and restaurants. The Michelin Restaurant was delicious and worth a visit for dinner, and the breakfasts were made to order and lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
