Very disappointed and this experience...
There was nothing about this stay I liked.
I did not like nor appreciate how the staff handled an incident that occured. Staff blew it off like it was no big deal with a simple apology. To me it was a very big deal. My concerns and feelings were totally disregarded. Management did not even see fit to talk to me about the situation. I left both upset and with low opinions. I will use other accomodations in the future if this is how such incidents are handled by management.
Exceptional
the room was so big and comfortable i loved
The entire staff was great.
Everything.
Nothing
In the heart of Boston
The location is amazing, I was able to do almost everything that I wanted on foot, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was really clean and comfortable. I found the overall experience very good
I had the impression that they said that they had an agreement with a parking lot to offer free parking, and it’s no really the case, it’s just a 2 dollar voucher that is not really helpful towards the payment since that parking lot is one of the most expensive ones in the area
Had a pleasant stay! Loved...
Great location!
Room was small.
Good
The hotel put a 100 dollar hold on my credit card which took about 7 days for it to be credited back to my account. I assume its in the fine print of the reservation but I really couldn't afford to have 100 dollars not available on my card during a pandemic and the staff were not compassionate about the fact that they assume guests would deliberately come to a hotel in downtown Boston and trash or commit major damage upon the property??? I would actually never book a room there again.
Satisfied
Staff very good and cooperative. But on Saturday night I couldn’t sleep because of my neighbors rooms noisy and shouting till 4am.
Location good
Exceptional
The hotel it’s absolutely clean! Hand sanitizer everywhere. You don’t need touch the doors to open just wave to a button. Well located. The staff were very polite.
Didn’t had a mini fridge in the room. I
C Q is a must...
Room was cozy and clean. Staff were very accommodating. My stay here always leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
There was nothing I disliked. Everything was great. Staff used my first name and made me feel very welcome.
Very good
The location is amazing! Not a lot of amenities in the hotel, but very close to everything.
No hair dryer, mini fridge, and front desk employee seemed a little less then impressed to help with the key elevator error.
Not much
Not Harbor Front hotel, it is in the Financial District! For that alone I should get a refund. Hotel walls are not soundproof. Neighbor woke me all night. Sanitizers empty. Wrong time provided for breakfast start. Room was cracker box size. Rating ~2.5
Exceptional
Great location, great COVID measures. Comfy bed.
Ifel very comfortable being there
It was quite and very clean I almost felt like I was was on a cruise ship

I like everything about this hotel. Convenient location. Good service. Good deal.
It was ok
Stood 2 nights was charged for 3. Not acceptable
The homeless all over the place
It was just what we...
I loved being in downtown Boston and that the rooms very quiet. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Liked having microwave and a coffee maker. Staff was very helpful.
Pillows were uncomfortable.
Superb
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Liked having a coffee maker in the room. Supplied sufficient towels 3 bath towels!) and bathroom amenities. Pets can stay here!
The last time we stayed here our room had a small fridge. This time there was none in the room.
It was ok
The rooms were ok but nothing special. The bedding looked dirty and I found hair on the pillow case. There was no fitted bed sheet, only a loose sheet over the mattress (the mattress also looked dirty). On the plus side, the staff was super nice!
central location; price point. attentive, friendly staff
small-ish room, but right price. small window.

Disappointing will not come back.
My room was not available at my check in time. Staff told us to come back two hours later and the room should be ready. Was great to walk around Boston with my luggage in February for two hours on Valentine’s Day. After we came back and checked in the entire 5th floor and my room smelled like marijuana. Complained to the staff but would not change rooms/floors and instead just had someone spray air freshener in the hallways.

A great experience
Exceptional
The service.
Bathroom to small.
Bad
They charge me extra 50 dollars for late check out fee when I left at 10.00 am and check out is at 11.30am THIS IS AN ABUSE!
It's right in the heart of Boston and the staff super friendly.
The room I could hear everything. Even running water at odd times of the night. In addition there aren't any trash cans nor food or beverage service not even coffee. The TV didnt work.
One of Boston's best
Great location, staff, facilities, service, and price.
There was nothing to dislike.
Superb
They didn't have breakfast.....
Loved it!
Location, and closeness to attractions and shops.
Bathrooms are a bit small for a bigger man like me.
Great value and very good...
Great location and price. Good layout and comfort of the room. Covid 19 procedures well followed.
There could be some arrangement for breakfast with a local establishment.
Old and small rooms
Passable
One of my room doors were compromised meaning that it didnt lock and I was subject to non privacy of my belongings as well as my self until room was changed.and when that occurred I was moved to a room where the television did not work. I feel as though I should be refunded and or accommodated for this
Superb
Center of everything. There is coffee machine in room and 3 coffee with it. Also there is clean water on floor for free.
Very good
Definitely the location to downtown crossing and the subway in the city. Very easy to get around
The view outside my window, but there's nothing you can do about that.
Very good
I like just about anything, but the bed was very uncomfortable. They need to buy new matters.
The matters was very uncomfortable.

The location
Modern and comfortable hotel close...
The bedroom was very nice decorated and comfortable. The hotel was right downtown close to everything. The staff was nice and helpful. I loved that place!!
4 stars..? Felt like 2...
Nice location. Not too pricey... but still not worth what it charges. Very walkable area. Front desk staff were friendly but were either nowhere to be found or occupied helping someone else.
-The room says its a small queen, but the bed was no larger than a full. Im 6’4” and my feet and ankles were off the edge of the bed with my head at the headboard. I have a queen at home and its far larger than the one in this room. -The bottom sheets were not fitted to the bed and easily came loose. -The bed only came with 2 pillows which were both very poofy and uncomfortable for my neck. I ended up just sleeping without one. -The bed was springy... mattress felt like a pull out couch. -House keeping never came to clean our room. I was there for 3 nights. -Slow wifi -The tv hardly responded to the remote... you’d have to mash the buttons on the remote repeatedly to do a single thing like change the volume or channel. When i signed into the tv with my netflix, we couldnt pause/rewind/fast forward and the tv wouldnt let me sign out afterwards so i had to change my password to for a log out. -No mini fridge or microwave in the room -The CQ Mobile App wouldnt work for checkin, refused to accept my confirmation number so i had to use the kiosk instead. - The room Thermostat didnt work. Whether i set the temperature at 72 or 63, it felt the same and was HOT. I had to open the window to get some air. - The Window was heavy and hard to open. My not weak gf wasnt even able to open it on her own. -Only one ice machine on second floor
The view and hospitality
Room was dry. Maybe add a humidifier
Pretty good
Very, very nice and friendly hotel staff. Comfortable hotel overall. Nice location, quite area.
Some corners are a little dusty and not carefully cleaned - found trash at the bottom of trash can in my room from previous customers when I was changing the trash bags.
Exceptional
I liked Bryan Simonet Gonzalez 's hospitality and his ability to communicate with me in French and English since i'm more comfortable speaking french
Excellent!! I was very pleased...
The comfort of the beds and the cleanliness.
The beverage machine wouldn't accept money...only CCards.
Very good
The location of the hotel is very good. Right in the middle of everything.

The Staff on duty was super professional and courteous
Great place!
I love it! It was super clean! I love it everything is close to the hotel.( food,stores...)
Exceptional
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized with regards to sanitation. Room was large and comfortable, had everything I could need for a stay. Staff also was great at responding and delivering to any asks to the room. Would stay again and highly recommend! Location also 10/10.
Great deal for the price....
Honestly the location of the hotel is excellent and makes up for any "issues" I'll point out here and none of them actually negatively impacted our stay with them. The staff is great and I really liked their COVID-safety measures. You check-in using a kiosk and they check your temperature each time you enter the hotel, even after checking in. They give you a stylus that comes in a plastic to use the kiosk. You can also text them if you need anything. I texted them asking about a vending machine at 9pm and I got a reply in less than 2 minutes. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. I'd 100% recommend this hotel to couples/singles who don't want to spend a lot but want a good hotel at an excellent location. The parking option is also great. You can pay in advance for a spot in the garage and they have a special rate for hotels. It was $29/day with in-and-out privileges, which was very useful because we used the car a few times during our stay.
Things that could be improved/details: My boyfriend and I booked a standard queen room. I found the room to be a bit small compared to all the other hotels I stayed in. I think what also gave me this impression was that the window took the space of half the wall, it wasn't a large window. The last thing is about the bathroom. It did not match the style of the room, it definitely looked older than the room. The floor was those rose small squared tiles not super well-maintained, which did not match the modern look of the room itself. My room also didn't have a minifridge and I always appreciate those. Again, nothing of that affected our stay in any way and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The thing I care about the most in hotels are cleanliness and bed comfort, and those were 10/10. If I ever come to Boston again I'd definitely consider staying here again!
More like a boutique style...
I liked the comfort of the room and the size of the room. The bathroom was very functional. A great place to stay.
There was really nothing that I disliked
Cozy
The location is great you can walk to the gardens and Faunuel hall
It was an overall good...
Loved the elephant castle next store to the hotel so tasty and so close. I got a 1 bedroom suite which was alright nothing amazing. Super old furniture. It has a small two burner stove, keriug, fridge, and Tom of cabinets. The bathroom was so tiny!! The room did have a sofa bed but god bless whoever sleeps on that because it’s so old and nasty looking. Asked for a nice window to the city but got the building over instead. It is close to everything though which is good. Td garden, night shift brewery, about 22 mins walking. North end is about 17-20 walking. You can here everything next to you but the bed wasn’t so bad. TVs did not work half the time, no idea why it would just stop working in the middle of the show. Good enough I guess but it’s a no for next time. (90 buck hold on your card for room damages too)
Superb
Cleanliness and Safety COVID-19 measures being implemented by the hotel
No breakfast
Love it
Everyone was very nice clean room and great location
The air in the room was too dry ,always woke up with a dry throat
Worst experience
There is nothing exciting to say
A lot things should be improved. First, I arrived at 11 pm and the service man ask me to self check in. I entered my last name but no reservation came out. Then he blamed me and checked from his system, then I still need to operate myself. The quality of room is below expectations, even the price is cheap though. There is no convenient parking lot. The bed is a mess, tv never worked as it should be. This is the worst experience I had. Will never come back hope this memory erased with 2020
Exceptional
The location And ho we clean it is
How expensive it is
great spot, cranky staff
The location is amazing and views are great. The room was clean and of good quality.
There weren’t any spare cups or towels. We had to call several times to get blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed and the main bed.
The staff and the cleanliness related to covid
We requested 2 beds, we only got 1. And based on covid cleaning procedures we felt bad asking to switch rooms. The bathroom was not a luxury experience at all.
That was wonderful. Thank you.
Thank you for the hospitality.
Very good
We went to a local dinner very close to the hotel
Everything was good and fair for the price we paid
Passable
Convenience
The neighbors partied all night long and were in and out closing and opening the door I asked them to calm it down and they said no they would not that they were on vacation

It’s excellent good location
They had good comfort and affordable
Lovely hotel - great location
We loved how quiet it was and how hassle free check in/out was.

Clean, friendly place to crash
I enjoyed the 100% contactless check-in process (though, the staff stood there to help me through it, so can’t say it was contactless). It is about 5-10 min walk to financial district and 15 min walk to theater district and Chinatown. The place was very clean, and they offered complimentary coffee and tea. They also do discounted price for parking at a nearby garage, but I wasn’t able to use it. Overall, it was a great place for the price and for my quick one night stay in Boston.
I would not say it was located in a safe spot, especially at night. The place wasn’t the most comfortable - hard mattress with firm pillows and somewhat cold room air throughout the night. It’s a very small facility, so you can’t quite expect many luxury here.
Passable
I got double charged for a stay.
The staff and the updated Covid protocol
The tv was suppose to have nextflix and be able to cast but those functions didn’t work. Along with the charging port didn’t work
It served our purposes.
No breakfast because of COVID. Restaurant next door good but didn’t open until 9a.m.
One light didn’t work, charging station on nightstand didn’t work (room 617).
In my opinion more of a 3-31/2 star quality
Me and my fiance got...
Super clean, awesome staff. Facility is business class appropriate. The location is literally perfect.
The soap and towels could be better quality for how nice the hotel is. Might as well go the extra mile to ensure full quality service.
Very good
Staff was friendly and answered requests promptly. Cleaning was not thorough.
Location was excellent!
The hotel was close to activities.
The a/c was so loud I woke up EVERY Time it came on. There was NO hot water. I had to take a cold shower.
Fabulous
The location is great!!!!!
The sofa bed looks very old and worn. It was very noisy. Despiste that we had booked a room for 4 people, we had to ask for additional towels, and bedsheets for the sofa bed.
great center location
+ nice location and the neighborhood in general + easy access to all sights + following COVID-19 protocol upon check-in + decent bar downstairs
- a bit cold in the room - no other complaints :)

Wouldn’t stay again
The location and the price were good. They were also very covid save when you check in.
They advertised parking, but that was not the case. Normally they would have valet and you wouldn’t need to worry. But because of covid, we had to find it ourselves and got lost. The parking garage also was a bit out of the ways and there are closer ones around. Also our room could have been cleaner, the walls are very thin, and we were just overall disappointed with our stay.
Excellent location, around the principal...
Excellent, safety and clean

Easy check in, with strong covid safety measures. The room was clean and comfortable.
The rooms are quite small.
Pleasant
The staff was exceptional! The room was a really nice size. The bed was really comfortable. Awesome location!
The heater didn’t work. The Kerig machine wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest. There was old water in the machine that even turning it upside down didn’t help. The biggest complaint was the noise. I am not a light sleeper but the noise from the water running while people took showers at all hours was unbelievable. It was as if the water pipes were in the room with me. I have a rating of 6 because of the noise.
Superb
Bishnue was so helpful n patient in giving us directions to where we want to visit n see in Boston! She’s a gem to this place as well as the other wonderful workers! It was our first time in Boston n if we have to visit again we’ll definitely stay at this hotel-close to the harbor, shopping area n Chinatown! Place is clean n follows strict Covid precautions which is a plus!!!

Perfect hotel
This hotel was amazing. When we arrived the staff were super helpful and kind. The room was immaculate and perfect for 3 of us. (1 double bed and one sofa bed) and was a great size room. It’s in a perfect location, right in the centre of everything and would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning!
Everything was perfect!
Great spot in the middle...
This hotel is a great little unknown getaway right at the center of where you want to be. Walking distance to pretty much all of Boston, with great parking rates and comfy beds at a great price is such a rarity for the city. For a quick weekend jaunt from the suburbs it was just perfect! They took the COVID guidelines seriously and were so welcoming and efficient from check in to check out. We felt perfectly safe and cared for!
Regular city noise, but what are you gonna do? Earplugs are recommended.
Pleasant
Excellent location.Staff was very nice, was able to do an early check in and a late check out.
Rooms need an urgent renovation.

Staff ! Very pleasant.

The location and cleanliness were top notch.
The walls are paper thin and the persons in the room next to us were quite loud. Between the noise from other patrons and the street noise we were unable to sleep at all during our stay.

Great staff, great location. Near many great restaurants.
We ate at a great place around the corner. Had a big breakfast next door.
Good
The location of the hotel is centric and close to many sightseeing places. COVID-19 health precautions are highly followed in the hotel. There is a temperature screening at the entrance. There was no fridge in our room, but the administration provided us with it immediately upon our request. We’ve paid the deposit of 130 USD (for a 3 days stay) and approximately in a week received it back. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help.
The room was very small and with an old furniture and washed-out towels. That was not a very cozy experience. The parking was 3min away from the hotel and costed 26 USD (weekday) and 16 USD (weekend) with a hotel discount, but actually the parking administration has charged the full sum (pretending they don’t know about the discount).
a solid choice
Perfect location, exceptional staff,great shower
Cockroaches and very small rooms:...
Location is good—central and walking distance to the Freedom Trail. The staff was friendly. There were plenty of hand sanitizers in the common areas.
The hotel did not live up to our expectations. The room and the bathroom were small and dusty, and there were cockroaches (in the morning!) inside the Keurig machine (which then got out and crawled around). The manager did reach out to say the hotel would use this ‘as a learning experience’. As it is, I would not recommend staying here.
Exceptional
Super clean, really nice staff!
Rooms are a bit small if I had to pick something.
Overall great
It was pretty cheap but nice
The walls were pretty thin

The staff and location was amazing. Relatively clean and amazing value.
I did find some hairs in the bathroom, the sheets were a little weird feeling. And the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as i would have liked. But none of that takes away from how amazing the staff was.

They had internet TV-some reason it wouldn’t connect. 🤷🏻♀️ It was late, so we just watched our phones, though they would’ve probably come up to help !
They are working hard to keep people safe during the pandemic, including temperature testing, hand sanitizer everywhere, enforcing mask rules and social distancing, etc. The room was nice and in a great location. Staff excellent and helpful.
the hotel itself was very nice. Room was adequate. Elevators were horrible. Had to wait at least 20 minutes to get one. Some of the people at the front desk were absolutely terrific and some not so much. Overall, I would say the experience was averag

This is THE smallest hotel...
Location
This room was WAY to small-we had to fold down the desk to open the sleeper sofa and the bathroom was extremely small shower included.
Good value and location
Great location! walking distance to start of freedom trail, theatre district, Faneuil Hall / marketplace. Can also walk 15-20 minutes to Back Bay Area or North End / Little Italy. Staff was very attentive, helpful and kind. lowest price in Boston at the time of booking and even discounted parking rates at the nearby parking garage.
Bed was not all that comfortable and layout of the room was strange but all in all great value for the price we paid. Parking lot fees were more than expected because incorrect in/out times were related to us.
Location, for one, was perfect. But the staff, far and away, went above and beyond to be friendly, accommodating and in general all around welcoming.

Check in process was contactless. Temperatures were checked upon entrance into the lobby.

Trouble with the tv
Superb
The staff was amazing and super awesome. The room was nice and super clean and the location was superb.
Would have given 10/10 but the showerhead in our room was broken and water went everywhere when tried to shower. We were checking out that morning, otherwise front desk would've upgraded our room and moved us.
Excellent employment..
Everything!!!
Location
Location was pretty central But the parking for the hotel was a few blocks away and they did not inform us we had to get the ticket stamped so we had to turn around and walk back to get validated once we already reached the garage.
The room did not have any heat and when we called the front desk they told us to give it 15 min and we’ll be hot in the morning. In the meantime they sent us blankets. The heat never kicked in and it was freezing by morning time.
It was close to everything I needed also in a quite area will be going back
The bathroom and shower small
My experience with the front desk employee was horrible. I didn’t even stay at hotel, never made it to the room. I told him I wasn’t going to stay here due to his unprofessional attitude. He said, fine. He told me I wouldn’t be charge
The customer service
Excellent hotel. I felt very safe knowing that it was very clean and sanitary. The staff was very nice and helpful. The no contact Check in and temperature check were very reassuring measures in these times.
There’s no parking, but that’s everywhere in Boston.
Staff, very helpful and polite!
The tv was working then not working but not a major issue for me.
Great location for everything you want to do. Discounted parking with local garage that is just down the streets a major plus.
Not all rooms come with a fridge. Other than that this is a great place to stay.
Staff and Location
Nope.

tiny shower space, could offer more towels, not just two of each for two people
Great location, beautiful room.
Morning staff were unprofessional and gard to locate. Complimentary coffee (lobby & in room) was terrible. TV did not function properly.
All the extras - free refillable water bottles on each floor. Pop and snacks downstairs. And accommodating for every request.
The one thing I was sad about was how bad the attached restaurant was. It doesn’t reflect on the hotel I know, I still give 10/10 but that attached restaurant was really disappointing.
Location was just right. Room was small but sufficient. Staff was very helpful at checkin. Foam pillows without having to ask. Excellent shower and water pressure! You should send this at checkout. I stay at so many they run together.
For the price it was excellent. Nothing negative to say.
The location was ideal for being close to everything in the downtown area.
Location location location Staff was great and helpful Adjacent rest was accommodating

It was a 3 star hotel. Not a 4 star.
Location, location, location
The room and staff
The shower felt like a dorm room shower and I did not think it was a 4 star stay.
Front desk staff
The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful.
Parking was the biggest drawback. Valet was ridiculously expensive. Also the complimentary snacks were only available for an hour in the afternoon.
Great location, free bottled water and valet service.
The location and the kitchenette (superior room)
The room is very small, and could use a good cleaning(#911) there was dust everywhere.
The location is really good.
The hotel itself is old.
The staff were incredible and thoughtful! The room was simple, modern, and beautiful with more space than many city hotels. The location is ideal! For this price, I was blown away at what we experienced!
Free Filtrated water stations throughout hotel. Complimentary soda, coffee, and tea in lounge area.
Hair on bathroom floor that wasn't mine nor my husband's. So bathroom floor not properly swept.
Location
Small rooms, outdated. Not confident in the cleanliness.. Poor value for the money.
Great location.
Small rooms.
The location and the free water.
The staff was incredibly rude and not helpful. The bed was uncomfortable, my tv didn't work and the bathroom was tiny. This was a very basic hotel, not a 4 star as advertised.
Location Complimentary bottles water
I booked a Superior room but was given a standard room because they were out of Superior ones, could not offer partial refund, but they did give me a one night voucher. Central Air did not work. Sink stopper also broken, and flat screen tv not hd.
Location
Uncomfortable pillows.
Good location.
Unfriendly staff and policies. Money wasted
Definately not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Mattress was cheap and bouncy, linens were like hospital linens. Room was dusty.
The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable
Close to where I was going
No parking, had to pay. No complimentary breakfast.
The bed and linens
Free bottles of water
Beds were uncomfortable. You have to pay outrageous price for parking
Staff was very accommodating and helpful when we needed to stay an extra night at the last minute.
Location was great downtown close to tourist attractions
Was not impressed with the mattress. I have had better at fewer star ratings.
There was nothing good besides the location.
The pictures provided were nothing like the hotel. Small room that was not kept clean. An extra $50 hotel charge was added upon check in that I was not aware of.
They made everything easy, from check in to check out. The staff was very friendly. I liked how they had yoga mats in every room and a great coffee machine in the lobby.
Nope, it was an excellent choice!
Location was perfect from train station, North End, and Freedom Trail
Size of bathroom was tight
Price and location
Great Location. Staff was nice. They let me check in early and also have a late checkout, which was nice because it was so cold outside.
No refrigerator in room. I like being able to keep my leftovers. Also, it's nice to keep cold drinks.
The rooms are large enough to move around in. The rooms are clean, and well appointed, We enjoy the pub restaurant access which does not require going outdoors, and the public "library style" sitting area is a wonderful place to wait in comfort,
Yoga mat and yoga workout in room! And a coffee maker!
The staff was polite the rooms were clean.
Too much light in the bedrooms. Bathroom was similar to a 2 star. Terribly basic. Room service should be a must for a 4 star. If you cal ahead for a crib in a 4 star, one should be waiting for you. No extra blankets, no extra pillows, no bottled
Nothing. I canceled my booking the minute I was told no pets were allowed. This hotel chain was falsely advertised as being pet friendly when in reality it wasn't.
The staff was extremely rude. The hotel falsely advertised being pet friendly. The main entrance is uncomfortable if you're walking in with bulky luggage. There "recommended parking" is about two blocks away. The list goes on beyond the allowed characters
It was very clean and room seemed to be recently updated.
Room was tiny. Shower curtain was so flimsy water came onto the floor through the curtain. There was no iron in the room.
Location was a block from downtown and perfect for a brief stay. It is not too fancy, just perfectly clean with good free internet. They also had a nice water fountain station with bottles to fill up, which we found great.
The staff at the hotel where great and over all stay was! Great and great location! I would definitely stay there again!
Tiny but smartly laid out bathroom (good lighting, shelves, make-up mirror) and low parking rates seal the deal!
The CQ isn't stylish or particularly inviting for a 4-star hotel, but it's a well run old-school business hotel.
The only good thing was the woman who checked us in
We upgraded bad idea, the couch had white stains all over, black mold in the shower on tile and ceiling, cups had other peoples lip Mark's, the bed almost fell over if you sat on the end, you could hear everything in other rooms, guest request closet empt
Great location! Loved the water coolers on every floor!!
The bathroom was very small
Location
Old room
location, great lounge to hang out, room decor nice and new
the staff were aloof, non-engaging, distant, did they even work there? room was not kept each day. made us go to them for items that should have been in room. did not deliver on room assigned after making us wait extra-time to check in.
Location
Not up to the standard that was advertised.
Location was great - only steps from many downtown places we had planned to visit. Also close to many restaurants and also quick food places, drug stores - everything you like nearby!
The bed was just acceptable. It was old and pretty minimal- not the most comfortable.
That I was leaving the next day
The TV did not work, the bed mattress was terrible and I probably would have been better off on the floor......if it was clean.
Purified water available
Outdated highschool-like bathrooms, bathroom not entirely cleaned, uncomfortable pillows, crappy comforter, blankets from guest room were smelly
Locatiom
Should not be 4 star hotel.
Location next to Quincy Market and long wharf
Got room 214 next to gym and was awakened at 5 am with someone running on treadmill. Heard every stomp
Not much
Yes I wanted to watch the Boston Bruins game, but they could not get my t v to work
The modern decor, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our room was charming, clean and well maintained. I felt safe on this property.
Concierge wasn't very helpful in nearby restaurants and the front desk forget to call valet for our car.
The location and the staff were great
Hotel parking! It is expensive to park adding additional $40 to the room charges. I do understand however why they had to charge for the parking. Parking in the area is very difficult
The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Central for everything The bar/ restaurant attached lovely food
Rooms smaller but adequate
Close to all
None
The meeting area adjacent to the lobby
This is not a 4 star hotel. The Queen room is inferior including the bedding. I would not stay here again. Very disappointed
Location was Excellant
Location
It wasn't a 4 Star room.
They have empty bottles and a water filling station in the hallway for guests to fill their own water bottles! I wish every hotel had these!
Lounge coffee snacks very good. Tv worked well. Bed v comfortable. Location excellent. Signing in and out was efficient and helpful.
Arrived & no one held door open as we lugged 2 heavy cases to lobby & lift. Room carpet not cleaned during stay. Sheets stained. More milk pods for the tea coffee in room . Sound proof v bad to adjoining locked room. Expensive for oom only
Old hotel beautifully remodeled! In close walking distance to Faneuil Hall and the harbor area.
The(queen size)room and bathroom were TINY!
Location
Bed Mattress
The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were very clean
Amazing and accommodating customer service
No
I loved the location of this hotel (you can walk to almost anyplace), and its facilities are wonderful. I had a very comfortable night's sleep, even though I was in the middle of downtown Boston. And having a pub adjoining the hotel was a bonus.
I would like to see a small refrigerator in all rooms.
Great location, free water and soda, cheap parking
Room was nothing special; no TV remote or instructions; CQ mobile app was no help
Location was good to walk to restaurants and retail. Short walk to harbor and Boston commons
A pool would have been a nice plus. Rooms are small but typical for a city hotel
The best part of the Club Quarters of Boston is its proximity to downtown and surrounding attraction. The also have a small coffee and snack room.
All the rooms are single king/queen beds. If traveling with friends you need to make sure in advance that they have a room setup with two twin beds.
This hotel is located in a PERFECT area. Right downtown and within walking area from all the hot spots. The snack bar was great and we loved the filtered water on every floor.A staff member was also extremely helpful during our stay!
There was nothing we did not like.
They hotel had great complimentary water bottles, filtered water and many snack options.
I don't like that the rooms don't have a safe. The rooms could use updating too... they're a bit outdated.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The shower had mold. Towels were tattered and had holes and ugly brown stains. The carpet is heavily stained. The furniture is old and in bad shape. The photo of the workout room uses mirrors to make it look big when it is tiny.
The staff was very polite and professional.
I was very disappointed with the size of the rooms. Could not turn around in the shower and the bathroom size had me feeling claustrophobic.
The staff at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful I do not recall her name but she went out of her way to accommodate us. We ask for a rollaway and she said she would get it there right away along with some extra towels and that was done
Don't leave your car in valet for over the 24 hour period or you will be charged $27 for 1 1/2 hours over... Still don't understand the Math there!
Gym - small
Bathroom was pretty small.
Great location, rooms were clean, a lot of ports/outlets
Room is kind of small, a bit pricey for the size of the room
Great location!
The TV and shower are excellent as is the location of the hotel. Knowing how expensive downtown Boston hotels are, I appreciate being able to stay in the heart of the city at such a low cost.
Sadly, the staff isn't very friendly. They always act like they are doing you a favor if asked a question or reporting the elevator malfunctioning!!!!
Was a little disappointed
The hotel looked nicer online to be honest. The staff were pretty great. House keeping was really good with fixing the room after i called about the bed being dirty. They left a nice note and some snacks/drinks as well. The TV was really nice.
Our room was not very well kept. It was dusty, the bed hadn't been changed I believe, the sheets and pillow case was dirty and hairy, and the bathroom smelled like ciggaretes and was kind of dirty. the room was better than a motel so it wasn't the worst, just a little too pricey for the kind of quality you end up getting.
Good location Business oriented hotel
Receptionist clerks responsive to questions and pleasing traveler. The bathroom shower was excellent.
The heating unit in the room was noisy. The breakfast was skimpy; commercial granola bars, oranges, bananas, coffee from machine (all impersonal).
The bed was too firm. Had a hard wire around the edge of the mattress. No Iron, No Microwave, No Fridge. The shower was tiny.. really small. Not comfortable at all.
Nice hotel
Rooms were clean, Staff pleasant. Nice gym. Love the security card elevator feature. Should be in all hotels. Elephant castle is always pleasant.
I didn't like that my room didn't have an ironing board & safe. In my opinion those two should be a no brainier & standard.
Spartan
- Simple check in and check out procedure. - Some complimentary amenities in the morning (free coffee and fruit) - Good location for business
- Not the newest facility - could stand an upgrade for the carpeting, floors and bathroom - Communal iron and other in-room amenities takes some getting used to - Not recommended for families traveling with children as there's nothing for them to do on-site.
Extremely dirty. Unclean pillows and mattress. Not washed bathrooms.
Thin walls; heard neighbors
Free bottled water and fitness equipment delivery to your room were nice perks.
Walls are thin.
Location, price.
The air exchange in my 11th floor room was intermittently noisy. I could not sleep. The staff put me in a different (and slightly larger) room the next day, but were not particularly apologetic. They seemed indifferent.
The room was a good size and designed well so it was plenty cozy.
The elevators were slow and unreliable and there are apparently not stairs for use. There isn't a ton to do in the immediate area but you are only a couple minutes walk from a lot of the stuff you'd like to see.
Close to the attraction spots, good rooms & design, clean. I stayed one night but I'd definitely stay again
