The hotel it’s absolutely clean! Hand sanitizer everywhere. You don’t need touch the doors to open just wave to a button. Well located. The staff were very polite.

I loved being in downtown Boston and that the rooms very quiet. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. Liked having microwave and a coffee maker. Staff was very helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized with regards to sanitation. Room was large and comfortable, had everything I could need for a stay. Staff also was great at responding and delivering to any asks to the room. Would stay again and highly recommend! Location also 10/10.

Great deal for the price....

Honestly the location of the hotel is excellent and makes up for any "issues" I'll point out here and none of them actually negatively impacted our stay with them. The staff is great and I really liked their COVID-safety measures. You check-in using a kiosk and they check your temperature each time you enter the hotel, even after checking in. They give you a stylus that comes in a plastic to use the kiosk. You can also text them if you need anything. I texted them asking about a vending machine at 9pm and I got a reply in less than 2 minutes. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. I'd 100% recommend this hotel to couples/singles who don't want to spend a lot but want a good hotel at an excellent location. The parking option is also great. You can pay in advance for a spot in the garage and they have a special rate for hotels. It was $29/day with in-and-out privileges, which was very useful because we used the car a few times during our stay.

Things that could be improved/details: My boyfriend and I booked a standard queen room. I found the room to be a bit small compared to all the other hotels I stayed in. I think what also gave me this impression was that the window took the space of half the wall, it wasn't a large window. The last thing is about the bathroom. It did not match the style of the room, it definitely looked older than the room. The floor was those rose small squared tiles not super well-maintained, which did not match the modern look of the room itself. My room also didn't have a minifridge and I always appreciate those. Again, nothing of that affected our stay in any way and I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The thing I care about the most in hotels are cleanliness and bed comfort, and those were 10/10. If I ever come to Boston again I'd definitely consider staying here again!

The sofa bed looks very old and worn. It was very noisy. Despiste that we had booked a room for 4 people, we had to ask for additional towels, and bedsheets for the sofa bed.

Bishnue was so helpful n patient in giving us directions to where we want to visit n see in Boston! She’s a gem to this place as well as the other wonderful workers! It was our first time in Boston n if we have to visit again we’ll definitely stay at this hotel-close to the harbor, shopping area n Chinatown! Place is clean n follows strict Covid precautions which is a plus!!!

Perfect hotel

This hotel was amazing. When we arrived the staff were super helpful and kind. The room was immaculate and perfect for 3 of us. (1 double bed and one sofa bed) and was a great size room. It’s in a perfect location, right in the centre of everything and would definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning!

Great spot in the middle...

This hotel is a great little unknown getaway right at the center of where you want to be. Walking distance to pretty much all of Boston, with great parking rates and comfy beds at a great price is such a rarity for the city. For a quick weekend jaunt from the suburbs it was just perfect! They took the COVID guidelines seriously and were so welcoming and efficient from check in to check out. We felt perfectly safe and cared for!

Regular city noise, but what are you gonna do? Earplugs are recommended.

Would have given 10/10 but the showerhead in our room was broken and water went everywhere when tried to shower. We were checking out that morning, otherwise front desk would've upgraded our room and moved us.

The one thing I was sad about was how bad the attached restaurant was. It doesn’t reflect on the hotel I know, I still give 10/10 but that attached restaurant was really disappointing.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful.

Parking was the biggest drawback. Valet was ridiculously expensive. Also the complimentary snacks were only available for an hour in the afternoon.

The rooms are large enough to move around in. The rooms are clean, and well appointed, We enjoy the pub restaurant access which does not require going outdoors, and the public "library style" sitting area is a wonderful place to wait in comfort,

Location was a block from downtown and perfect for a brief stay. It is not too fancy, just perfectly clean with good free internet. They also had a nice water fountain station with bottles to fill up, which we found great.

I loved the location of this hotel (you can walk to almost anyplace), and its facilities are wonderful. I had a very comfortable night's sleep, even though I was in the middle of downtown Boston. And having a pub adjoining the hotel was a bonus.

I would like to see a small refrigerator in all rooms.

This hotel is located in a PERFECT area. Right downtown and within walking area from all the hot spots. The snack bar was great and we loved the filtered water on every floor.A staff member was also extremely helpful during our stay!

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally gracious and helpful I do not recall her name but she went out of her way to accommodate us. We ask for a rollaway and she said she would get it there right away along with some extra towels and that was done

I didn't like that my room didn't have an ironing board & safe. In my opinion those two should be a no brainier & standard.

The room was a good size and designed well so it was plenty cozy.

The elevators were slow and unreliable and there are apparently not stairs for use. There isn't a ton to do in the immediate area but you are only a couple minutes walk from a lot of the stuff you'd like to see.
