It was my second visit there. Localisation is ideal, you're very close from the most do/see of Bilbao, room is spacious, with a good number of plugs (which is often missing), the bed is large and comfy, and the bathroom has all the necessary. All I needed for my stay.
Breakfast wasnt bad but wasn't great either, especially for the price (15eur) while you're in spain and food is amazing and cheap everywhere

Good location in town centre
Place is tired and in severe need of refurb. Decor is very dated an exquisitely bad taste. I stayed 2 nights and my room was not serviced and bed not made etc. Very shabby for a 4 star hotel.

Nice breakfast but a little overpriced compared to places around that you can easily eat. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything that I needed. Good location just 10 minutes walking to the main attractions,
