Checking excellent, receptionist Nadine, and free up grade, check out was different, our bill was prepaid and we were told we had to pay another €81.00 this did take some time to sort out, would stay again, very thing was excellent.

I stay here every year for the Berlin Film Festival and its perfect! Spacious, good facilities, a fabulous gym and spa and perfectly located in a really lovely area.
Breakfast was very crowded and there were often queues but it is a popular hotel so not really sure that's a negative that can be dealt with

Bar man could not make a martini, room service charged an additional 7 Euros to bring food to the room, Spa staff were annoyed that i wanted to swim 30 mins before the pool closed
