Friendly and quirky bar staff
Comfortable beds, quiet, very clean, helpful staff, amazing breakfast.
Convenient location - a short walk to the historical old town, via the bridge which crosses over the river
Staying at the Swissôtel in Basel was a treat for me. The staff are really well trained to take care of their customers. They are happy to give you all the info you need to make your stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great, with tram in front and tram ticket included as a bonus from the hotel. Swissôtel made me love Switzerland more!
