Pillows on bed were over stuffed and impossible to sleep on, our room was noisy which meant we didnt sleep much all night, reception said it was A/C but we didnt have it switched on?

Honestly nothing
Everything. Small room, they call it suite. No one to help you with the luggage. Poor breakfast. No hot water kettle to make tea, no even teabags. The bathroom doors is made in a very strange way. Not recommended at all.
