This hotel is excellent and the stuff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is like a palace and we young women felt ourselves as princesses. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The hotel room was good also.
We slept in two hotel rooms and the floor in both of them was not so clean everywhere. Unfortunately wifi is available in the reception, restaurant and pool area only, not in the hotel rooms.

The location Most of the staff was nice
We checked in at 4:30pm and they gave us rooms not done, not clean, they forgot to clean them up after the previous guests because of the women’s day, the women working were not working on the rooms so the work stops! After 5 hours drive from Casablanca, we had to wait until they make the rooms... Minimum facilities is not there: the wifi is not available in the rooms, the hair dryers are not working, they are for decoration... since there is not carpets in the room, the upper floor is noisy, especially when the room service are cleaning they move the chairs with no care, so If you are not an early morning person they will wake you up with the noise. The classification should be reviewed, it should be a 2 stars hotel, absolutly not a 4 stars.
