Pros:Staff was extremely friendly and accomadating and the location was great in Tumon. The rooms were fairly large.
Cons:Internet service needs to improve. Half the time it was down or intermittent. Also, the air conditioning system is in need of repair the rooms humidity was extremely high and always felt the room was wet and moldy smelling. The facility also needs some repairs and upgrades.
Pros:I liked that my company was able to book a hotel for the 3 weeks I was spending in Guam. This was the only option available. That's should've been a clue.
Cons:First, the air con spits out water constantly. If you shut off the air con, mold starts to grow in your room. You can't open the windows to air out the room. During a tropical storm the wood surrounding the windows was saturated with water and started raining in my room... eventually adding to the mold. Most of the staff were nice. I never accepted room service for cleaning but they would give me anything but water. For some reason they refused to provide any more bottled water than the initial two bottles. For the thousands of dollars my room cost, I would think a few bottles wouldn't be a problem. If you have them shuttle you to the airport, pay at reception. My airport driver pocketed $5 when I wasn't looking and claimed I hadn't paid him the full amount for shuttle service. When I counted my money at the airport I realized what he had done. Summary: I've stayed in Cambodian an Laotian hotels that were better maintained at a third of the price.
Pros:I love the big room
Cons:One thing that bother me was the bathroom. The shower head need to be replace and clean
