Pros:The staff is super efficient and quick to attend to every request. The food was incredibly good. The area is peaceful yet there was plenty to do. Our room was amazing, we had a balcony that was covered with a fan and was wonderful to sit upon. We will be back!

Pros:Beautiful location, easy to locate, beach was a few steps out of the door, staff is very pleasant.
Cons:A little dated in decor, a number of "extra" charges. I had a contacted the resort several days before my trip to arrange some special items - they basically completely dropped the ball on these requests. They eventually got it all done but it took quite a bit of time. Went we wanted to go out for dinner - we contacted the valet for our car. Arrived downstairs more that 15 minutes later - as they suggested. The car was not ready. We continued to wait - it was clear they did not go for the car until we arrived downstairs. I travel often and always stay 4+ star resorts. This was A nice resort - but based on the price point $600+ per night - I really expect flawless service.

Pros:Pools were great, on site restaurant was good (pricey) and had a great view. Enjoyed siting by the fire pits at night on the beach. warms were spacious. We were across the street from main hotel but still had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. They passed out cool towels at the beach which was a nice touch.
Cons:When we asked valet for some water he said they didn't have any but we would pass several gas stations on our way that we could get some. This sounds trivial but little things like this make this hotel rate lower then the Ritz. When we went to the Ritz for dinner that night valet gladly gives us water.

Pros:Location, location, location. That's what gives this resort 4 stars overall. Our room in the bea house building, 1st floor was literally steps from the beautiful beach right out our back sliding door. Staff very attentive. Food and drink good but overpriced as expected. You're paying for staying right on the beach with easy ability to go back and forth from the resort pool area to the beach. The furnishings in our room and building were dated and worn. Needs a facelift for the $$$ that's being charged per night. Bathroom is small. Pain to have valet and tip every time you park and need the car, plus pay $25 a night for parking. Resort fee at least included chairs and umbrellas at beach and internet. Would be nice to have a more casual express breakfast option. The pools are fine but nothing special. There are 4 but they are all small. Being able to parasail at the beach was great and there are paddle boards and jet skis for rent as well. The beach is pristine and that alone earns 4 stars. The staff is very accommodating . Loved sitting by the fire pit making s'mores at night!
Cons:Worn furnishings, no low cost option for breakfast, valet parking only, high price charged for even non- alcoholic beverages .

Pros:From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the attention was exquisite. And then it started getting better - every detail, from the decoration to the pillows to the beach-front amenities to the food (oh, the food!) was superb!
Cons:Everything was perfect - honestly
