Pros:Love everything about the hotel.
Cons:While at the pool there were children running and jumping into the hot tub & pool. The rules were not enforced.
Pros:Spacious clean room and delicious breakfast. Also large eating space.
Cons:I prepaid $99 for one night and stayed one night checking out the following morning. The hotel charged my credit card for $437 claiming because my phone went straight to voicemail, they had the right to charge me for three extra nights. I gave them my keys in the morning so I had no access to the room.
Pros:Its very clean and the personal are friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good on saturday
Cons:The breakfast on sunday was not good and there was hardly any of the hot food available when we went for breakfast around 8:00 am. if you come in the door from the back parking lot, that is where the smoking table is, right by the door and its smells awful.
Pros:I liked the amenities. the room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. That makes everything perfect.
Cons:The breakfast laid out in a very crowded space. People were in each others way. It was difficult to eat the delicious waffles without breaking a fork. The fork could barely pick up the eggs, when they had eggs. I suggest at least different utensils to eat with .

Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Overall, good stay. Nice location with some natural view of Killeen. I would stay there again, but would look for a discount. A tad overpriced.
Cons:Bathtub antiskid mat was delaminating. Fridge door was banged up. A few spots on carpet. Windows were not double paned so could still hear car noise going by. Sink handle lever missing. Those small things make the difference between good and very good to excellent.
Pros:Since the weather was so cold, the indoor pool & jacuzzi were great to use.
Pros:Most of the staff was excellent and very attentive!! The manager was awesome she heard of a problem I had and immediately gave me a little discount which I wasn't expecting!!!
Cons:the VERY RUDE desk clerk when I checked in!!!! Needed a lil better breakfast but it wasn't bad!!!
